1:1 Alignment & Embodiment Session

A 90-minute session for the woman who is ready to feel different, not just understand more.​​

We begin by grounding your system so you can feel safe, supported, and connected to your body.

From there, we follow what’s underneath the stress, tension, or mental loops—identifying the patterns and responses your body has been holding onto.

Using somatic work, breath, and nervous system awareness, we don’t force change — we create the conditions for it to happen.

Your body begins to settle.
Clarity returns.
You start to feel like yourself again.

From there, we move into alignment helping you reconnect with the version of you you’re becoming.

We close with simple, grounded integration so what shifts in the session actually carries into your life.

6 Week Program - The Alignment Expansion

A 6-week container for the woman who is ready for real change, not just a single session.

Most women start with one session…
and realize quickly this work goes deeper than they expected.

This container gives your body the time and support it needs to actually rewire patterns, not just touch them.

Each week, we meet for a 75-minute session based on what your system needs at that moment.

Some sessions will focus on regulation.
Some on release.
Some on clarity and direction.
Some on expanding your capacity to hold more... more peace, more success, more of yourself.

Between sessions, you’ll have support and integration tools so the work continues outside the room.

This isn’t about temporary relief.

This is about changing how you:

  • respond

  • relate

  • show up

 

So your life begins to reflect the shifts you’re making internally.

This is where insight becomes embodiment.


And change becomes something you can actually live.

The Art of Receiving is a one-day somatic experience for women who are used to holding everything together.

The one people go to.
The one who figures it out.
The one who supports everyone else.

And even when support is available… something in you stays guarded.

In control.
Not fully able to let go.

Not because you don’t want to
but because your body doesn’t quite trust it yet.

This isn’t about learning more.
It’s about having a different experience in your body.

A space where you don’t have to:

  • explain yourself

  • perform

  • stay “on”

  • or hold it all together

A space where support doesn’t just exist…
it actually lands.

Through guided somatic work, nervous system awareness, and intentional connection,
you’ll begin to notice where you resist support and what it feels like to soften, safely.

You won’t be pushed.
You won’t be rushed.

This isn’t about forcing vulnerability.

It’s about creating the kind of safety
where your body naturally opens…
and begins to receive.
